This policy covers the Majordomo mobile app. Majordomo is a client for a Majordomo server that you or your organization runs — the app itself does not operate a backend service, and none of your data passes through Kogent AI, Inc. (“we”, “us”) other than what is described below.

What the app collects

• Email address. When you sign in, the app sends your email to the Majordomo server you’ve connected to, which emails you a one-time sign-in code. We don’t see this email ourselves — it’s handled entirely by that server.
• Device push token. If you enable notifications, the app registers a push token (via Apple Push Notification service or Firebase Cloud Messaging) with your Majordomo server, so it can notify you about activity — for example, when a Factory run finishes. This token is only used to deliver notifications.
• Content you create. Notes, records, comments, and other content you create in the app are stored on the Majordomo server you connect to, not on any server we operate.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your data. The app does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, and it does not share your email, push token, or content with anyone beyond the Majordomo server you choose to connect to.

Data retention and deletion

Your data lives on the Majordomo server you connect to for as long as your account exists there. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time — see our account-deletion page for exactly what that erases.

Children

Majordomo is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
